Contracts are a critical part of all business, and the way in which commercial obligations are recorded and enforced. Most contracts of any complexity arise through a process that includes negotiation. The purpose of this intensive workshop is to better appreciate how the process of negotiation works in the context of contracts (and also disputes arising out of contracts) and show how fairly straightforward improved techniques can lead to better outcomes for your company.

This workshop provides a way through and around the jargon commonly found in Commercial Contracts from the perspectives of both parties. Each topic will be dealt with by way of outlining the relevant commercial and legal subjects with the express aim of giving them greater confidence in dealing with contracts in the future.
