Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is an analytic process designed to help identify the underlying factors that have contributed to or have directly caused a major adverse event or system failure. The results of RCA are usually used to guide the changes in processes, the environment, and human behavior to prevent or reduce the possibilities of adverse events in the future.
Root cause analysis process involves the adoption and application of a series of well-documented techniques, which are used in different ways to produce systematic approaches to identify, understand, and resolve primary causes of under-achieved value in organizations.
The objective of the training is to provide knowledge on the methodology and financial impact on every organisation’s processes; starting from problem identification, information gathering using data analysis, interview techniques, investigations, ROI’s, improvements and the final evaluation.
